哈！
今天星期五有运动会的练习
我不是一个很会跑的人
我的力气不够，
速度也不快
今天我跑到快没力了
在最后一次练习时
我就只是慢跑而已
所已拿了最后一名............
我非常怕当天运动会我没力气跑
害到全部都输了
所以我打算天天练习跑步和练力气
